Hi Everyone I have just recently joined and am new to all this including the ITIL subject.

I have purchased the Foundations of Service Management Based on ITIL V3 eariler this week.

I am not sure if there is anything else I need to aid for my learning of the ITIL Foundation qualificatin....any suggestions?

Hi,

it goes without saying that experience is the next thing. Are you in a job where you get exposure to any of the ITIL disiplines? That would be a great advantage.

No I don't have any experience but I work on Service Level Agreements ensuring that they are in acceptable format for the customers.
