Hi guys,

Passed ITIL-F V2 Exam yesterday. Was quite tough.

Planning for next level, Can anyone suggest on my further certification. I'm interested in Service Delivery / Process Designing & Implementation & not much in Service Support.

Hi Tushar,

Congrats on passing the exam. But you could have written the V3 foundations. Since you are interested more in service delivery options, i guess you can go ahead with the Prac level for SD, there is a cluster course provided by HP if you are in India. You can check up with them when do they have the next module happening. However, if you wish to go into support there is one next month for SD, Incident, Problem which I am undertaking.

If you do not wish to go with the Practitioner option, as most of them these days do, they go in for Masters directly and then once V3 is launched they would upgrade via Bridge course. That is an easy way out provided you can take the exams and arrange for the funds.

Also do you have the question paper for the exam you undertook, as some of my friends are willing to undertake and as I heard the question pattern has changed from what it was earlier.

You can send an email to Any help would be most appreciated.
