I completed my ITIL foundation yesterday.

I just want to know which would be suitable for my career growth. I have around 7 yrs of experience n Networking & Security.

My Question - What is ITIL practioner and how should i apply for the examination and in which module I need to proceed for the further certifications

Do not mistake me for asking such silly questions. Am green n this field. hence am requesting. kindly guide and advice me.

The practioner are 2-3 day courses. Yes Now you have to attend a course. with an exam as part fo the course. They are concentrated on the various 10 disciplines and 1 function of ITIL v2.

Some courses combine related disciplines -

I took a Change, Configuration and Release course for practioner

Do you have to take the course. No.

If you are doing the role - Problem mgr, etc, then it would benefit you to take the course & exam

You can always opt for the manager's course but that is 2 weeks out of your life plus all of the study periods
