Hi All,

Last week I cleared my ITIL-F V2 exam.

Can any one suggest on further certification levels, my interest is in Service Delivery, Process designing & implementation etc. & not in Service Support. I have basic information on Practitioner & Managers Certificate. Need some detailed information on the 2 certifications.

Thanx in advance.

Are you merely interested in taking and passing the exams or are you interested in a career in IT with the certifications supporting your roles

From the sound of it, you are interested in Service Delivery not support

well that involves project management - look into PRINCE2 and other Project management certification.

What are you doing now - what role, position etc.

If you are not in a Service delivery role, try to get involved in it somehow at yoru work.

Experience experience experience

I'm interested in SD kind of a role & so looking for that kind of certification.

Take Prince2 or PMP

This will get you into the project 'ideas' world.

In your role as a program manager, you are more than likely dealing with projects and project mgrs
..

To be honest, Service delivery I think is a static growth area.
