Hi
I am looking to attend a Training Course to achieve ISO20000 Consultant Certification in London. Has anyone on this board attended such training and if yes, can you please recommend any organisations ? I did a Google on it and found Fox IT - Any ideas how effective they are ?

Hi,
Fox is a good choice. Give them a call and get some details from them. Ask about pass success rates etc. and if the trainer will be one of their staff with experience and if not what experience etc. the trainer has.

I took the ISO 20k course that is certified by itSMF by fox over in woking
The instructor was superb the material dry but the instructor made it interesting

Thanks for the tips - I called them up and unfortunately they dont have anything scheduled before mid-Feb.
Do you know any other decent organisations which deliver this training ?

I a afraid that you might find it difficult to get a course so soon - these courses are not held as aften as ITIl ones. The fulllist of training providers is available on the ISO20K website isoiec20000 dot com- and all are reasonablly good.
