Hi all,

Just a quick question...

would your CAB verify the change and determine the approvers or would your CAB be the people approving the change?

Regards,

Phil

Your change manager can be responsible for verifying the approvers and the cab approve the change.

At the CABs I manage, only the changes that meet a certain criteria - impact and risk - are discussed at the CAB. This is to make sure that the people involved know what they are doing.

The Change manager and the cab makes sure that the change approvers approve and are the ight ones

The cab usually is a rejection cab ;-0
