Has anyone provided a detailed breakdown cost of a Root Cause Investigation and its Corrective Action on a single Problem from an embedded partner/Supplier/3rd Parth/Vendor?
If so what accounting/ITIL measurements and metrics were used even if this was required to use with the Business Case?
