Hi;

Is it possible or at least efficient to create an RFC for implementing a Workaround?
Or is the RFC just and only for definitive solutions?

Thanks

It depends

Is the work around a change in a configuration in a device that would be controlled in a CMDB as a CI ?
then yes

Well, if your organization's IT policy allows a problem to have more than one RFC then you should customize your tool to do so.

Don't allow a tool dictate how you work.
