Seeking someone to be a part of our team to one of our major clients.

If you feel this is your area of expertise and you are available, we'd like you to provide us a current version of your resume and your expected hourly (all inclusive) rate of pay. If you are not available or feel this is not a match, who do you know? Please forward this information to them?

Here is the process:
Once we receive your response of interest we will either contact you for additional information or forward your background to the person in charge of the project. If they feel you meet the need they will contact you to discuss in more detail the project and your role. At this time we believe they would reach out to you in a matter of one to two days.

Does anyone understand ITIL is not the hardware and application install, design or development of the business structure, but the best practices of repeatible processes to manage that.

This is another pound of flesh for a penny. It you do better planning up front the cost of the project would not be so heavy on the backside. Doing right is better than doing fast, or the process to correct what was missed at conclusion and hitting the customer with a new project, to fix what they and your company did not understand.

Sorry, for out burst, but the ITIL implementatio is a full time effort by its self, I have never had a DB admin, SAN manager, Operations Chief allow the ITIL person tell them how to configure the systems or how to manage storage or how to do disaster recovery. We document the process and make changes that are approved by the dept. managers.

best regards
