I my mind anybody's chart my not really suit your needs as there could be some variations in implementing the process.
If you want a generic high level model ITIL book has one. For enterprise level changes your flowchart (at high level) probably won't be any different from non-enterprise wide changes. The process document would need to outline all the contacts and escalations points if the model for enterprise wide em. changes is different from non-enterprise wide.
I agree that there will always be variations in implementing processes. I knew there wouldn't be that big of a difference. Just wanted to check and see if anyone in the forum had ever came across something like this.
