Hi.
Am looking for some guidance around the ITIL and how it would apply to maintenance activities, obviously there are inputs of release, change, availability, config. capacity. Am looking for specific information around the managing of maintenance activities.
Good that you're interested in ITIL. I would advise you have a look at the Open Guide, but fundamentally book a foundation training course. If work won't pay for it then you can buy the ITIL books from amazon.
I know that's a little generalist, but I don't know if there's anything more specific you want to know...
