We are looking for a consultant immediately to participate in a Change Management implementation and process engineering efforts using ITIL. The selected person will work with the Program Manager, implementation team. This person will develop, publish, and implement reliable change, configuration, and release processes. This person will work with a diverse and extensive customer base and drive projects to completion within committed quality standards and schedule commitments

- Specific experience in implementing ITIL Change, Release, and Configuration management in a large enterprise
- Strong business process engineering skills
- Good interpersonal and diplomacy skills - Works well in a team environment
- Ability to drive project timelines to completion with a cross-functional team
- 2+ years project management experience in a mid to large enterprise
- ITIL practitioner level certification
- Change agent experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Independent and self motivated
- Very strong consultative, communication, and documentation skills
- 2+ years Business process engineering and project management experience in mid to large enterprise.
