This is a contract position located in the Metro Detroit area. Candidates can be relocated if necessary.

Business Analyst on the Global IT Service Management (ITSM) program responsible for supporting the definition and roll-out of a common Request Management process and tool to IT. This position will work directly with IT infrastructure teams to understand their current services and how those services are requested and fulfilled. This role will support the implementation of those services into a common, ITIL v3-based Request Management framework and toolset. Also, this role will assist teams with the deployment of the new process.

6+ years overall IT experience.
4+ years BA experience specifically in the following areas.
* Strong process modeling/reengineering experience
* Specific knowledge of ITIL Incident, Request and Change processes is helpful.
* ITIL Foundations certified preferred.
* Excellent communication skills
