I guess the subject says it all...we're in the very very initial stages of an ITIL Implementation, and are looking for someone that can deliver training & implementation planning/execution advice in Oklahoma.
Questions we have at this time are very very preliminary along the lines of...
1. Where do we start?
2. What does a typical implementation plan look like?
3. I hear that ITIL isnt the goal, it's a journey. So, when do we know we're done?
