In service support of ITIL v2, both of change management (8.5.9 Change building, testing and implementation) and release management (9.6.2 Designing, building and configuring a Release & 9.6.3 Release acceptance) mention building/designing/testing, what is major difference between them?

do you know what the relationship is between change and release

and can you explain that

if so then you have your answer
