Hello,
do you know Open Source ITIL compliant software ?

I know a wide range of Commercial SW solution (Peregrine, Remedy, Axios, ...) but none in Open Source. Does that exists ?

I am looking for a SW that includes Incident Management ticket tracking, Problem Management, Change management, Configuration management and so on...

I know double choco latte this a free GNU software you can download from dcl.sourceforge.net/

It is quite good for Service Desk and Incident Management and could be used for Problem Management.

I am looking for an open code data base or model data for CMDB . Could somebody help me?

Hi Javier,

According to Sourceforge, ITIL Service Desktop is an add-on for DCL that allows the user to have Configuration Management features. You may want to take a look at it at Sourceforge. It may be worth the try.
