Indeed. But a Capacity Mgr would have been the person to handle Jabba.
As for the Help Desk staff, I'd be inclined to pick up ewoks. Hard_working, collaborative, problem solvers... |

Possibly, but my feeling is that Ewoks aren't disciplined enough. They'd be firing their rubbish little arrows all over the office. Storm troopers might be better, polite, accurate and apparently very punctual.
