I am interested in finding out how V2 Service Managers are approaching the upgrade to ITIL Expert (the V2 to V3 Service Manager Bridge).

The investment to become a Service Manager is huge! Are people finding it a hard sell to get the time/money from their employer to take the required class?

I am not bothering with the V3 exams srt.

I find that for my roles, I dont need it

As I work for myself, it would be a cost to me
