Hi all,
I am looking for an opportunity to expand on the new process within ITIL v3 regarding test and Validation called Service Test & Validation. I am a test strategist with a lot of experience around both agile and traditional development and how it interrelates with operations and maintenance.

Any comments appreciated!

I doubt the reorganzied itil processes under v3 are goign to create a lot of jobs

Service support roles - incident service desk problem change conf and release

and service management roles - customer service manager etc

are the norm

Software testing etc roles exist already under its own heading

I think you are too far ahead of the games

You are searching for soemthing not yet here
