How many Service Desk Staff and first line resolution?

I have the Scottish terrier as incident manager / leads so that they can do the chasing

I just dont have them on the front line because they have little patience for idiots (users) in general

When I hear them go
(phonetically)
Shut your weeshd
dinnae wanna hair ya pesh

I move that scottish terrier to the incident chasing team where they thrive

Properly speaking, the SD does not deal in terms such as "animals". SD performance relies on the concept of "functioning entities".

If your question was a lead up to asking if Ewoks have a role on the SD then the answer is ............ it depends.

In this case it depends on identifying the functionality they could fulfil.

If they meet this requirement then they would be in fair competition with all other candidates for any suitable SD role.

Thanks for that Diarmid. Actually my follow on question was: can you get sued by an Ewok for discriminiation?

I didn't give him the job because he smelled funny. Chipmonks have much better personal hygene. And I hate the furry bastards.
