We are considering the option of outsourcing out current helpdesk for all inbound calls (incidents, service requests etc)
Does anyone know of any good companies that offer this service (preferably Australia based).

Keep your Helpdesk inhouse........Outsourced helpdesks tend to be catch and dispatch centers that on the surface show savings. But in reality end up costing more because of lack of understanding to the companies needs and expectations

Ladies and gentlemen,
although this webpage has a DOT COM ending I don't think you can use it for business promotion.
Just type Help Desk or Call Center into the search engine of your local yellow pages website and you will get many answers. Even IBM does HelpDesk outsourcing.
You can also send me an email for other company names.
