I'm new on this forum, wrote my exam yesterday and i'm sure i've failed!

the exam seemed different somehow to the mocks, harder definitely!! i'm going to look up the prometric centres just in case....

Wish we had longer than 2.5 days, its an awful lot of terminology to cram in that time!

Hi Kruger,

Wait for the result first, you don't know you've failed.

I agree the v3 questions are a bit trickier than v2 and I also felt a couple of them were poorly written, often ambiguous.

... isn't that the truth for just about any IT certification out there? It it was easy, we all be ITIL certified right out of High School.. or better said KG.
