For general information and resources, ITIL and ITSM World is the most well known for both ITIL and ITIL Books. A shorter snapshot approach can be found at ITIL Zone

Hi,
If you really need ITIL process models, you can look at
- MOF
- NC ITS
- CA
Just keep in mind that what you will find at each would be their respective version.
Although they might share high level process model, the breakdowns would be different.
So just use them as reference and develop your own process model

There is a good (free) model for all the ITIL processes from Pepperweed Consulting. It shows a diagram for each of the processes (incident management, problem management, change management as well as financial management, Service Level Management and many others), and you can click on any of the steps in the diagram to drill down into more specifics of that particular process point. You can find it here: [Admin: no you can't - links are not allowed here]

Instead of using company / product interpretations of the ITIL process flows, spend £ 7 and get the little ITIL Handbook and get the original material.
I think every itSMF chapter sells the book.
And if i recall, there is even a PDF version of the book floating around
