I am ITIL certified Manager (RED BADGE).

Currently I am leading the IT Service Management Consulting Team at company in Saudi Arabia, delivering all ITIL consulting services, including ITIL Maturity Assessment, business process analysis; implementing ITIL processes; developing and presenting recommendations to client staff and senior management; Project Management, IT Strategy planning, scheduling and control; held accountable for project progress, deliverables, quality assurance, and customer services; provided process advisory services on demand or within a project; delivered business process implementation training and facilitation; delivered Executive ITIL Overviews and management consulting.

I am seeking a challenging IT leadership position with a dynamic organization, I having 5+ years of ITSM experience and 15 Years of overall IT Experience.

I am welling to relocate to any gulf country including Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
