Will Obama use ITIL? Is ITIL a framework that can work for socialism or better suited to Neo-Con global resource dominance programmes?

Aw come on UJ.. He wont use ITIL as it is a british product
Besides politics, politicians, governments never use Best Practice for any thing
It is too efficient.
While I am more of a US Republican than a US Democrat, I congratuate President-elect Barack Obame on winning the election.
From a look at the results map, he had the Rust Belt - the northern states with manufacturing / Unions as well as a high Black / Afro-American population. His campaign got a lot of people who had not registered or registered and not voted to exercise their right to vote by doing so. For that, I congratulate him and the various registration drives.
The next issue / concern that I have is one I have with all newly elected Presidents.
What is he going to do once he takes office ?
As he has a democratic majority in the House & the Senate.. what shall he do in his honey moon period etc
But.... enough of politics. It is FINALLY over. _________________ John Hardesty

True actually, I was just emailing a friend saying "Bored of it now".
If nothing else, I hope he can help with foreign policy as the US (and of course the UK and mini-me) has really created a lot of problems that will not go away by military might, it needs to set the example and back down from bombing shepherds in tents.
