Are you trying to tell us that this is a SCHOOL project rather than a real world situation ?

I do not paginate, duplicate nor replicate

Please try not to get fancy/creative with the english language.

Being an American in the UK give me grief enough having tto tranlate the queen's english into american.

Mangling english should be reserved for the yanks with a nod towards the canucks, kiwis and the aussies ? We do it much better without being creative

The Sixth Book should contain an FAQ section covering all the really, really valuable questions:

What is your average work time?
How many people do I need in my Service Desk team?
How do I get my processes to fit my helpdesk software?
Is a server reboot a change?
What's the difference between and Incident and a cricket bat?
A horse walks into a bar and the barman asks "Why the long face"?

Urgh.

Well gosh thanks, I feel it's my calling on this earth to entertain throught the mediums of sarcasm, cynicism and satire.

I think the problem is that you live through the looking glass. I swear Newcastle-under-lyme is just a place name you made up. Ok, seriously hope things pick up soon, it's a numbers game.
