I would like to do the ITIL training program in Dubai. Can anyone give me the best institute where I can join for the program

Why not train online? There won't be a specific ITIL course in every location, for sure.

Not clear which particular course you are referring to, but if its Foundation I agree, you can do online.

There are quite a few companies that offer Foundation this way, the one I used I does training all over, you could ask them. I can let you have their details if you email me Lishyett@hotmail.com.
