Anyone alive in here. No one seems to be responding. _________________ "Look at Frustration as a positive thing. It is the frustration that drives you to improve" |

Sorry, there is life here - it's just very busy right now
I think the best location to publish our collated knowledge would be the ITIL Open Guide.
We can ask the Louise to sticky a 'New User Guide' post with links to this and key threads at the top of the forum, and also publish on the portal homepage.
In terms of content:
Winz: On the Incident management side, please could you dig through the forums and pull out common threads that deal with the same issue, then summarise the recommendations in them into one article.
If you could then e-mail it to itilimp at bigfoot dot com I'll edit it.
For the others that have said they'll help, which areas do you wish to take?
Remember this is about collating the issues that are raised time and time again and pointing new people in a direction (whether it's the 'right' direction or not I'm sure will be a topic for discussion!).
Thanks in advance. |

Agreed. This is exactly the sort of initiative it was created for.
Everyone already has edit access to this, except for a few pages, which were locked because of vandalism. If anyone needs to edit one of these just shout here, and I'll open it for you.
I'll put a link in the Open Guide forum on here now. |

Hi,
I would like to help out on this initiative. I have a couple of brochures I made for the less than fortunate ones. Please let me know.

Hop over to the Open Guide (itlibrary.org). You can input new material for the public there: so long as it isn't copyright protected.

You already have access to all pages. At any one time though, perhaps 10% of pages are temporarily locked to prevent repeated vandalism by bots.
If you want to edit one of the specific pages and can't find the email address, you can use the contact page on this site and I will forward it (providing you are not trying to insert advertising of any sort, or links).
