Foundation and practioner certified people needed in UAE

We are currently looking for ITIL certified people for job opportunities in UAE. The process managers we are looking for is Change, Configuration, Continuity and Problem Manager.
Problem Manager would be OK with process and technical IT background in combination with Foundation certificate.
For the rest I would prefer Practitioner but also Foundation certified might be interesting with the right experience.

These positions are still open. I have got a few interesting replies that I am currently processing / interviewing but I just want to let you all know that there are still open positions.
As stated I need process managers and they will be working very closely with the customer. Experience from earlier ITIL implementation projects and ITIL roles together with certification (Foundation or practitioner) is expected. Fluent Arabic is a major advantage.
