Hi
I am currently recruiting for an Operations Manager with ITIL certification and experience. My organization is about to begin an ITIL implementation project, and I am looking for an individual who would be an integral part of the project working with an external vendor. At a minimum I am looking for foundation level certification, but more than that I am looking for an individual who is currently utilizing ITIL or even CoBit. This is a permanent position, no contractors please.
