So in applying ITIL to Star Wars:

Emperor - Service Manager
Darth Vader - Change Manager
Chewbakka - Release Manager
Princess Leia - Availability Manager
Yoda - Problem Manager
Han Solo - Incident Manager
Luke Skywalker - Service Desk Analyst (oh come on, he's rubbish!)

Indeed. But a Capacity Mgr would have been the person to handle Jabba.

As for the Help Desk staff, I'd be inclined to pick up ewoks. Hard_working, collaborative, problem solvers...

Possibly, but my feeling is that Ewoks aren't disciplined enough. They'd be firing their rubbish little arrows all over the office. Storm troopers might be better, polite, accurate and apparently very punctual.

Ok, now what's left are Configuration, Service Continuity and IT Financial.

Qui Gon - Configuration Manager
Darth Maul - IT Financial Manager (this would be the ugliest Financial Manager ever)
The Si(x)th - Service Continuity Manager

I think that concludes the roles assignments.
