|
|
Hi there,
Hope it's not to cheeky to sign up and ask a question straight away but I noticed there seemed to be a few itil examiners on here so hopefully somebody may know this answer. Any ideas how long the exam results usually take. I sat the v2 managers in January and was wondering when i'd find out.
Much appreciated if anyone can advise even a rough idea. |

TYhe examiner's meeting was this week, so results should be going out now, or in the next few days. They usually try to get them out so there is enough time to book for the next one if required, but some are held up if they are borderline. If you needed to rebook, and just missed the date, it is worth calling ISEB and asking if you can still register.
Hopefully you will not need to! _________________ Liz Gallacher,

Think about:
Which Processes conflict with Problem Management
The skills required by a Problem Manager
and then apply to the case study |

I have to shout.
I found out I passed my Service Managers exam today. I had passed the Service Support section in February but I just barely missed the mark for Service Delivery. I retook Service Delivery in May and I did even better than I had thought I might.
