Service Lifecycle study material

Hi all,

I’ve decided to kick off my Lifecycle path with Service Strategy. I’m using the OGC Service Lifecycle book and the OGC Service Lifecycle essential elements book.

Is there any other materials out there I could use? for instance simulated computer tests, Video CBT or even podcasts regarding this subject.

I’m also considering saving some money and going for an online course, This one caught my eye. [no links please] . Has anyone here had any experience with online ITIL courses ?

I've heard that as far as this type of thing goes that this is pretty good but personally I don't think there is any substitue for classroom training where you can bounce thoughts off the trainer and fellow students.

I agree fully - but I'm going to try and get work to pay for this and I'm making sure I'm armed with a compromise.

Other than the subject study books, does anyone know of exams that I can buy for Strategy. I'd like to get a feel of what to expect.

Can you please send me the link for Online course? I have recently completed V3 Foundation and been looking for V3 class room sessions here in India. But couldn't find any institute.

Just like you, i also wanted to try out the online course for one exam and see how it works.
