Where on the certificate is the actual "candidate number"? There is an 8 digit number in the bottom right below a hologram sticker. Is that it? Nothing actually states what my number is but my company needs to know. Thanks.

This should be directly to EXIN or Prometric or who ever is the US control for the certification

in addition, the training company that you used should have it

No training company involved. We have a CBT system using SkillSoft but no formal class training. Prometric uses a 9 character ID so that doesn't match the EXIN 8 character ID. My older Foundation v2 certificate doesn't have any number on it to match an ID.

you need to talk to prometric

the id they use is your id

candidate number

usually the trainig company classrom training gives you a number
