Lot of folks from organization are coming up to me (coz I recently completed ITIL V3 Foundation in March) and asking me about the complexity of the new exam that started off from May 1st. Can anyone of you throw more light on this?
When i took the exam, I practiced sample exam questions that were made available by APMG and also visited some sites for sample questions. My exam questions were in the similar lines and i complete the exam comfortably.
Is this still true? I would assume it is still true. But looks like one of the guys told some of the folks it seems, latest exam is very tough etc..., which I personally donít believe.
Anyone heard anything on this. Appreciate the response!
The changes to the syllabus were to mske it less crowded - so several things have been taken out. The exam, therefore should be easier, if anything - but every time there is a change, people always say it is harder! It isn't. _________________ Liz Gallacher,

I'm glad to hear that revision of content and past examples are good preparation for passing the foundation exam.
I've only been studying the course for 3 days, and while it makes perfect sense at the time (I've been in IT for over 10 years) it seems to be endless lists upon lists upon lists, bullet-points upon bullet-points upon bullet-points, I'm already worrying that while I understand the concepts, I just won't remember it for the exam.
