Good afternoon,
I have just booked for a ITIL v2 Mgt course and wondered if anyone could point me in the direction of where to find the case study on SAPTECO. (this is what the provider has advised I would be reviewing)
I have looked at the Google and here but cant find the study, could I have the wrong spelling...

Why do you need it ?
The case study will be used in the course along with several other Case studies.. they are merely training aids.
The case study for the exam will be sent to you when you register for the exam
