I want to take the ITIL v3 Intermediate course on Service Operation
Is it mandatory to take training from accredited training providers to appear for the exam.
Is the SO book from Exin not sufficient.
The rules state that you must have undertaken a course from an accredited provider - this may be an accredited e-learning course _________________ Liz Gallacher,

Can you email me with your email, and I will send you the information directly- I do not want to put the details here, as that would be against the rules (particularly as I am very close to the company concerned) _________________ Liz Gallacher,

I am diateafraid that the company in question has not yet released its Intermediate courses on E-learning, only Foundation.
There are other companies offering this, however, I suggest a Google search _________________ Liz Gallacher,
