Hi there, I'm just starting a new project of trying to get external suppliers to conform with our ITIL processes when outsourcing IT services, does anyone have and example or a template of an underpinning contract for use with an external supplier ?

Do you have SLAs or OLAs yet? If so just use those templates as a basis for an UC. They are really all these same thing, just focused on different providers and receivers.
