1 - there is no such thing
2 - google would give information about ITIL as will any search engine
If you are interested in ITIL and the certification path, search for it. Dont expect others to do your work for you because you are too lazy or did not bother to think about doing it
If you found this web site via search, you will most likely find other ITIL related sites

Hi Mahendran
ITIL Master is very much like the popular 1980s video game, 'Kung Fu Master' - 5 levels of violence and at the end of each one you test yourself against a big boss man....watch out for level 4 as he is lethal with the old shuriken. |

Master is what the US calls the V2anagers. Expert is what you get after jumping through various v3 hoops. _________________ Liz Gallacher,

Some consultants are doing it as a test this year by invite. This will set the bar, depending upon the feedback. This is not rumour. I don't know what the outcome will be however. _________________ V3 ITIL Expert

Hi Pal,
Does one should have to be in pure process management line to grab a ITIL job?
We have our own incident management process and sla management and i am the one who reports incident.
I used to suggest/consult ITIL work flow in our product to our customers..
Is this qualification enough to grab a ITIL consultant job?
And am i eligible to do ITIL intermediate course now? If i am eligible please suggest me which one is good ITIL lifecycle module or capability module..?
Cos capability module involves the technical aspects of implementing ITIL.. and i dont know whether the technical aspects require much technical skills like networking, server management etc..

Hi Matey
First a bit of advice. Please stop appending the same basic question to numerous different threads. This is a sure fire way of annoying people.
And to answer your questions...

No

See my previous post to the same question on a different thread.

Why not talk to a training provider and discuss your needs.

You don't need any specific technical skills, just a crumb of common sense. |

ITIL service management deals mainly with transformation IT into service oriented organisation. Even ITIL fundamentals tells the same. However IT service management goes in to the deeper sections of service management , like analysing the business situation , bringing the service culture, using may service models, assurance of service, and many more.
Hope this helps
