Hi,
Pink Atlas is great, new features, including a series of robust process templates, policies, metrics and project plans based on ITSM best practices — AND enhanced with ITIL V3 content! |

Look at the price, look at home much of what you get you will actually use, then ask yourself a question - "would I not be better off to download a free template off the interwebz?
As somebody who has previously considered Pink products I would have to say that this is exactly what helped me decide. |
