yes
pay and take course from authorized training company offering classsrom course. study and take exam
pay and take online course from authorized training company offering on-line or self study course. study and take exam
pay for study material - recommended (check APMG, the certification thread, itSMF, BCS) and study. pay for exam and take exam
That is all that can be said _________________ John Hardesty

Hi,
New Horizons over here in the states offers a three day course with the option to take the exam on the 3rd day. The course covers the material, but the participation from the students really clarified several points.
Hope this helps,

So do dozens of other companies, in countries all round the world!
Since kiranjoshi does not state where in the world he/she is based, promoting training courses in a particular areas does not really help.
kiranjoshi - are you looking for guidance as to
1. Classroom courses - in which case where are you?
2. Pre-reading/self study - there are many, many posts on this forum covering this (often by me!)
3. Recommendations for distance learning courses - in which case add your contact details to your profile, so providers can contact you without getting into trouble for posting adverts _________________ Liz Gallacher,

The 'ITILrV3 Foundation Handbook' ISBN 879-0-11-331171-2 contains a fantastic overview for the foundation - it even has ticks and crosses for what might be questioned in the exam. Learn all the ticks ... learn them well and good luck |
