Hello all,

I'm working on my diploma thesis about the ITIL change management process.

I'm searching for an example or some templates or informations how to calculate ROI and TCO to get some facts for our management.

Or are there other methods or ways to get a Profitability analysis?

Thank's a lot for your help.

Greetings from germany,

schiba
