You will lead the quality assurance of the ITIL processes and the service improvement program for this large international outsourcing company.
You will have:
* Expertise in the ITIL framework, preferably for a range of organisations
* Ability to develop and execute an ITIL Quality Assurance program
* Expertise in Information Management
* Expertise in quality assurance & improvement programs
You will need to be either an Australian Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen to be eligible for a security clearance.
