I worked for a multinational for 3 years during which time I was screwed every way you could think of (sorry admin) at a time when the job market was horrible. They marketed themselves as an employer of choice, which was true until the market picked up. My manager 'what am I going to do without you?' when I resigned. In the cause of diplomacy I bit my tongue until it bled. Mixed emotions leaving that place. Joy and happiness.
