What MNS Smith states is correct
As ITIL is copyrighted and is the Intellectual property of the OGC - managed by APMG, no one here will assist you in violating Copyright or Intellectual property rights. That is why I say go away.
In addition, the training documentation from training companies providing training on ITIL is also copyrighted/IP. The training material is the IP of the training company as that is how they get funds
If you want to pass the exam, get the official study guides - this forum does have this information in the this forum (ITIL Certification ) and other
You should get the official study material so that you can pass the exam
In addition, there are very few if any 'sample tests' that are legitimate out there for the ITIL Foundation exam. As from what has been told, the exam has gone through another re-write

Thing is Rupak, if people treat the ITIL certification as a brain dump and pass the exams by cramming in information and memorising multiple choice questions and answers, what they get is a piece of paper that says, that they have a certain amount of knowledge and experience. But they will not be up to the job.
This devalues the certification for those of us working in Service Management Roles, and that is why people get shirty about requests for free information with the aim of avoiding work and/or cost.
What will eventaully happen, Rupak, is if more and more people use unauthorised short cuts to get these certifications, having them on your CV will mean nothing at all, and prospective employers will look for experience instead.
So go ahead if you feel this is what you need to get by, but in the long run it won't help you _________________ DYbeach
