Hi

I am trying to find out what the outputs are interactive with other ITIL process for Availability and Capacity.

I have the inputs down.
I have found 2 process:
IT Requirement Management
IT Product Portfolio Management

have I missed something?

Best Regards

do you have the ITIL books either V2 or V3 ?

This information is in there in v2

Availabilty 8.3.2
Capacity 6.2

In v.3

Capacity Mgmt - 4.3.6.2 Service Design (p94)
Availability 4.4.6.2 Service design p123

Get the books. Read them yourself

Although I agree with Mr Viking, it's worth adding that although there are some obvious links between processes, you can actually map an link from every process to every other process.

Therefore, to answer you question "have I missed something", yes - you've missed a lot.

Hope that helps

Mick
