To provide some background...We are just in the process of implementing and enterprise change management process and still very much in what I call the infant stage. My manager is looking to me to take on the tasks, coordination, communicaiton for the yearly daylight savings time occurances.

Is this anything that other CM's out there do?

We operate on Zulu time - GMT - for the systems and applications- they dont change

the business hours change

so from a change point of view, it is an automated process because the desk tops do it automatically

the systems we dont change.... because they all work on GMT regardless of location

also please check through the posts about this- there is at 2 other discussions
