Team, help me out here again.
I just registered for the ITIL Foundation exam and no one in the exam center seems to know the difference between EXO 101 and EXO 100. They are both ITIL foundation exams. What is the difference and which one am I sitting for. The test receipt only says ITIL Foundation |

Markus
The difference is 1
And Thanks for the post.. i had not had a good laugh this morning
I think it is funny that you registered and paid for an exam for which you have no idea what it is
You should, immediately, ask for the process to get a refund in case you are taking the wrong exam
Which course ah never mind - the exam is part of the course - so the point is moot
Which foundation (ITIL) version did you self study for ? _________________ John Hardesty

At first I thought deja vu. But no. It's just a repeat!
Presumably mekus_72 was not satisfied with the answer we offered on 20th January. _________________ "Method goes far to prevent trouble in business: for it makes the task easy, hinders confusion, saves abundance of time, and instructs those that have business depending, both what to do and what to hope."

Guys, Guys, take it easy on me. I actually registered for the exam but it came as ITIL Exam and ITIL EXO101 or 100. That is why I asked that question.
Am sure of myself and will be taking the exam b4 the end of the month. I'll post my result here to prove it.
We starters need encouragement and not what you're doing at the moment, |

Take both exams 101 and 100.
Will look good on your CV and your CV will pop-up whenever someone searches for ITIL Exam V2 and V3
Good luck with the exam |
