I am in the process of developing an automated calendar based Forward Schedule of Change. To date this was a manually generated excel spreadsheet but this is no longer sustainable.
We use a change management tool but the calendar functionality on this was not what we required so have gone down the route of developing a 'tool' driven web page that will be published on our intranet. There are also many limitations to this approach in terms of presentation.
I am wandering if anyone has any advice based on their own experiences with developing a comprehensive FSC that is displayed in a calendar format via an intranet.
Im currently creating fwd schedule of chang using MS Project...it has its limitations - but the tool we use - Remedy - has not been configured to perform this function.
