V2 Service Manager - Financial Management Question (urgent)

Hello,

I am preparing for service delivery exam (20 April) and i have issue with financial management. could give me your recommendation for the following question:

E.g. I am using CMJ case study:

-Charge per service for PIMMS.
- how costs will be calculated in general.
- 3 types of cost units for it.
- 3 indirect costs and how to apportion them.
- what other costs can be include and how will they effect the total of cost.
-Don’t need charge per service for PIMMS, what 4 other pricing methods can be used.

I re-read the chapter from the book many time in order to solve this question but every time i got lost.

ignore the case study if the case study does not indicate that there is a Fin mgmt section

read your notes from class /course

read the chapter of fin mgmt

ask yourself

what type of costing isreferenced in the book

As you also posted this in LI with additional info about using PRINCE/PMI fin concepts

Dont..... you must use the SS and SD books for this exam

The exam is testing your ability to process and state in your own words how to explain the concepts in the book

use the exercises in the course as the guide

Stop panicking, try to solve as much questions as possible to get out of this panicking situation.

In addition to what John said, I can guaranty you that the answers for the questions you asked are there in the SD book, FM is a long chapter with lots of repetetion, re-read it again and focus while doing that its all there. Once your done, solve as much questions as you can to get this panic out of your system, if your out of preparation questions, you can ask your tutor to send you more or you can message me on LI and I will send you a bunch. 8 more days my friend, you shouldnt be wasting time..
